We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, specifications, images, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices or promotions, and modify or discontinue products where permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, engage in fraudulent activity, or use its content in violation of applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, incomplete payment, inaccurate information, or suspected fraud.

We currently ship within the United States only. Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $399. Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 10–22 business days after dispatch. Large-equipment deliveries are scheduled by appointment, and an adult must be available to receive and sign for the shipment.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in their original condition with all included packaging and accessories. Prior return authorization is required.

Customers are responsible for verifying that any equipment purchased is appropriate for their intended application, vehicle, workspace, electrical supply, floor specifications, and installation requirements. Automotive lifts and other heavy equipment must be installed, operated, inspected, and maintained according to manufacturer instructions, rated capacities, applicable safety requirements, and local regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1stCarLift.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification, or operation contrary to manufacturer instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
